Often a mining company is developed from a series of mergers and acquisitions, creating the issue of having many different ERP systems over its business. We help our customers optimise their working capital by integrating ERP data from different sites into a single system, at the lowest level of granularity (item transactional level). To achieve this, we apply a model that provides a unified view of stock and inventory over the entire business. This is a prerequisite to managing working capital. From this standardised model, we then visualise a unified view of company holdings (e.g. standardised brands and stock lists) that allows optimisation of the stock holdings and working capital across the business.
