Interpretation

  • Feedback means feedback, innovations, or suggestions sent by You regarding the attributes, performance, or features of Our Service.
  • Service refers to the Webapp.
  • Terms of Service (also referred to as “Terms”, “Terms & Conditions”) mean these Terms of Service that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
  • Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.
  • Webapp refers to Rovjok’s Supply Monitor webapp, accessible from https://supply.rovjok.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms of Service governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms of Service set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If You disagree with any part of these Terms of Service then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Webapp and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Copyrights

All content of the site, including graphics, icons, logos, images, videos, embeds, functionalities, and the selection and arrangement thereof, as well as any concepts, know-how, tools, frameworks, software, applications, technology, algorithms, models, processes, and industry perspectives underlying or embedded in the foregoing, along with any enhancements or derivative works thereof (the “Site Content”) is the exclusive property of Rovjok Oy or its licensors and is protected by Finnish, European, and international laws. Neither the Webapp Content nor functionality of the Webapp may be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse-engineered, altered, uploaded, published, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without Our written permission, except as specified in the Use License section. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent from the Company.

User License

Rovjok Oy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to temporarily use the materials provided on the Webapp for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Webapp;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

The license granted in this section terminates automatically and immediately if you do not comply with these Terms. Upon termination, your viewing right will also be terminated and you should destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in printed or electronic format.

Intellectual Property Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is Our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes a copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person.

If You are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and You believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement taking place through the Service, You must submit Your notice in writing to our copyright agent via email at website_support@rovjok.com and include in Your notice a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) for misrepresenting that any Content is infringing Your copyright.

ALL MATERIALS ON ROVJOK’S WEBAPP ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. THE COMPANY, ON ITS OWN BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OR TRADE PRACTICE. The materials appearing on Rovjok’s Webapp may include technical, typographical, photographic, or other errors. We do not promise that any of the materials on our Webapp are accurate, complete, or current, or that your use of the site will provide specific results.

The Company may change the materials on its Webapp at any time without notice. The Company does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Changes to These Terms of Service

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice to you, but we will use reasonable efforts to publish each amendment before such amendment becomes effective. The latest, fully-amended version of these Terms will be published on the Webapp. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Webapp to obtain timely notice of such amendments. If you continue to use the Webapp after the effective date of any amendment, you will be conclusively deemed to have accepted such amended version of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them are governed by English law.
